August Report - 2025 - (just a little early...)

Our new website which has just gone “live’ ...

It will be much easier to upload photos and videos, also, members can comment on events etc.

The old website, for historical reference,  will still be there with a link to our new website. I look forward to it going from strength to strength,

Garden Party / BBQ held 19^th July

Absolutely nothing can dampen Austin owners spirits, not even a continual downpour!

Only Gerry & Ann failed to turn up because of illness. Everyone else was there.

The gazebos had been erected on the Wednesday evening with full coverage as the forecast did not look too good .

As you will be aware it poured down all afternoon, but the saving grace was it

was neither cold nor windy. The food was all laid out and everyone tucked in.

The conclusion of  the afternoon was, of course , the raffle which caused tremendous hilarity. Sod’s law, by the time the last member left the rain had stopped and even the sun came out briefly. However, not enough to allow us to take down the gazebos. Better luck next year.
